We have used Gerry from Work With Group on 2 occasions now and both times he has provided an excellent service. Efficient, friendly, clean and tidy and nothing is too much trouble. Our most recent call to Gerry was as we turned our heating on for the winter our whole house would rattle and the boiler would show an error code. Gerry came straight out that evening to get it sorted temporaily so we could bath our kids before bed then returned the next day to fully resolve the problem. Gerry and the team are excellent. Gerry has done a variety of work for me over the last 18 months, including fitting a new shower, boiler servicing and gas safety certificates.
He's incredibly helpful, reliable and accommodating. I had a new boiler fitted approx 4 years ago which wasn't registered by the plumber at the time, but Gerry provided a service and sorted the registration all as part of the work he was already doing. When I needed a new gas safety certificate he was great at accommodating it around my tenants availability, especially in the current circumstances.
